Archangel of Water

Gabriel's name in Hebrew means "Strong One of God." Gabriel Maimel ("Gabriel of Water") is stationed in the West. Gabriel is often visualized as a feminine archangel holding a cup, standing upon the waters of the sea, and wearing robes of blue and orange.
